EMDR (Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing)

EMDR is a safe and most often an economical way to process trauma.  I like to describe it as:

An energetic feng shui of the body,

mind, brain, soul and spirit.

The process frees up psychic energy that can be used more productively elsewhere.  

Preparation for processing trauma may take up to 2-3 sessions; safety of your nervous system is paramount.  After that, you may need 1-6 sessions or more, depending on the complexity of your situation.  

I can walk you through what a series of sessions may look like when you book a discovery call.  You can also ask about the EMDR intensive weekends I offer.
