

EMDR (Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing)
EMDR is a safe and economical way to process trauma. I like to describe it as:
An energetic feng shui of the body,
mind, brain, soul and spirit.
The process frees up psychic energy that can be used more productively elsewhere.
Preparation for processing trauma may take up to 2-3 sessions; safety of your nervous system is paramount. I can walk you through what a series of sessions may look like when you book a discovery call.
Sessions are likely to weave in other modalities, as EMDR is just one flavour of energy psychotherapy. Click here to know what to expect.
