EMDR (Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing)

EMDR is a safe and economical way to process trauma.  I like to describe it as:

​

An energetic feng shui of the body,

mind, brain, soul and spirit.

​

The process frees up psychic energy that can be used more productively elsewhere.  

​

Preparation for processing trauma may take up to 2-3 sessions; safety of your nervous system is paramount.  I can walk you through what a series of sessions may look like when you book a discovery call

​

Sessions are likely to weave in other modalities, as EMDR is just one flavour of energy psychotherapy.  Click here to know what to expect.
