What to Expect
This practice brings together psychotherapy with somatic awareness, experiential work, and a holistic understanding of emotional wellbeing.
Rather than working to a fixed formula, sessions are shaped by the therapeutic relationship and the client’s evolving needs, allowing insight and change to emerge naturally over time.

Sessions offer space to slow down, notice patterns, and explore emotional experience in a way that supports clarity and integration.
The work may involve conversation, guided awareness, and experiential approaches, depending on what is most supportive in the moment. A session may include mindfulness practices, belief work, somatic awareness, inner child work, IFS, coaching, ThetaHealing, EFT (Emotional Freedom Technique), exercises from Donna Eden's work and EMDR (Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing). For more on EMDR, click here.
