Sometimes we need to bypass the conscious mind to access the heart and deeper realms where things can shift more easily.
Touch Drawing® is one therapeutic art form I use in person with clients. It's clean, doesn't require artistic talent and has a track record for changing people's perspectives! Thank you, Deborah Koff for teaching me almost 20 years ago in California :)
Parts Exploration
Parts work is naturally integrated into the therapy I offer, but on occasion I facilitate online parts-exploration groups.

Lunar Circles
Together with Astrologer Jo Ventham, we offer Lunar Circles - a series of at least 3 months whereby you:​
